Yair Goldfinger
Chairman of the Board
Mr. Goldfinger is a Serial entrepreneur and active Angel Investor. He co-founded ICQ, the world's first internet-wide instant messaging service, which was acquired by AOL in 1998. In 2001 Goldfinger co-founded Dotomi, an on-line advertising technology company, and at 2011 he co-founded AppCard, a next generation customer loyalty platform. Goldfinger holds a BA in Math and Computer Science from Tel-Aviv University.
Ron Stern
CEO
Mr. Stern has a B.A. degree in Economics and M.A. in Economics and Business Administration from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. In 1998-2000 he served as a macro economist in the research department of the Bank of Israel.
Since 2001 he was a senior officer in Israeli public companies specializing in financing real estate investments and business development of income producing properties in Europe.
Hila Erez Cohen
CFO
Mrs. Erez Cohen is a Professional CPA and has a B.A degree in Accounting and Economics from Bar-Ilan University. She joined Medipower during 2017, after Six years of serving as a Senior Manager with BDO, and offers expertise on a wide range of technical, complex accounting (IFRS and US-GAAP standards), financial reporting issues and experience in the Real Estate industry, mainly in the US.
